Can we smoke on your vehicles?
Unfortunately, we don't allow for smoking on any of our vehicles, but we're willing to accomodate your smoke breaks!
Are we able to drink?
If you're 21 or over, you're certainly allowed to drink!
Do you guys supply the booze?
We cannot lawfully give alcohol to our customers. We do not possess that kind of license. We can, we should inform you, make any number of stops for you to purchase alcohol if you so choose.
Do you service areas outside of Chicago?

Are your vehicles safe?
Our vehicles are maintained by certified mechanics and insured to the fullest extent, so you'll have no worries when it comes to your safety.
What times of the year are you in operation?
Our telephones are 24 hours a day. Chi Town Limos' office is open from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Our VEHICLEs are on the road 24/7/365!
How do I cancel my reservation?
We're sorry but we cannot allow for any cancellations for absolutely any reason. When When renting a Limousine or Party Bus from Chi Town Limos, it prevents others who are having their own functions from having a Limousine or Party Bus for their special events. By scheduling your Limousine or Party Bus, you're responsible for the entire amount.
Would a limousine or limo bus work better for my event?
A limousine is generally better for more elegant events such as weddings and corporate events, while a limo bus offers more room and amenities for partying throughout the night.
