We have a staff of knowledgeable individuals standing by, ready to answer your calls and e-mails.

Unfortunately, we don't allow for smoking on any of our vehicles, but we're willing to accomodate your smoke breaks!

If you're 21 or over, you're certainly allowed to drink!

We cannot lawfully give alcohol to our customers. We do not possess that kind of license. We can, we should inform you, make any number of stops for you to purchase alcohol if you so choose.

Our vehicles are maintained by certified mechanics and insured to the fullest extent, so you'll have no worries when it comes to your safety.

Our telephones are 24 hours a day. Chi-Town Limos' office is open from 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Our vehicles are on the road 24/7/365!

We're sorry, but we cannot allow for any cancellations for absolutely any reason. When renting a Limousine or Party Bus from Chi-Town Limos, prevents others who are having their functions from having a Limousine or Party Bus for their special events. By scheduling your Limousine or Party Bus, you're responsible for the entire amount.

A limousine is generally better for more elegant events such as weddings and corporate events, while a limo bus offers more room and amenities for partying throughout the night.
